Something Tells Me This Isn’t True

Michael Jackson
Planet Earth (Poem)

All we are is dust in the wind

Kansas
Dust In The Wind

Planet Earth, my home, my place

A capricious anomaly in the sea of space

Planet Earth, are you just

Floating by, a cloud of dust

A minor globe, about to bust

A piece of metal bound to rust

A speck of matter in a mindless void

A lonely spaceship, a large asteroid

Cold as a rock without a hue

Held together with a bit of glue

Something tells me this isn’t true

Michael Jackson – This Is It

The things I’ve learned from a broken mirror
How a face can change when a heart knows fear

Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness
Cecilia and the Satellite

Nothin’ comes from talkers but sound
We can talk all we want to
But the world still goes around and round

Prince / Tevin Campbell
Round and Round

Feeling kinda tilted
and I’m pouring out the truth,
just fading out these talkers
‘cause now all I want is you.

Foster the People
Sit Next To Me

Is the truth really there?
Or is it right under our hair?
For all we know it’s been there all the time.

Prince / Tevin Campbell
Round and Round
